Welcome to NEST

NEST is a nonprofit organisations that aims to get local community kids and adults active and healthy through regular sports training and to create the athletes of tomorrow.

Recent successful athletic events in the Tamil community have demonstrated the passion and competitiveness among local kids and adults alike for track and fields. The events have also highlighted the lack of training undertaken by a large number of participants.

This shortcoming is due to lack of training facilities and affordable clubs. Therefore contribute to few young people taking athletics as extra scholar sporting activity. This is also accentuated by not having Tamil athlete of high profile as role models in the UK.

By organising regular training sessions and competitions, we aim to spark passion and commitment to sports in general and athletics in particular and to prepare them to compete at a national and international level.
